How the Referral Program Works
How do I participate?
Go to the new Refer a Friend section of the Member Dashboard to find your referral link and ways to share your code via Facebook, X, email, and text message. [Locate your Referral Link] If your friend uses your referral link to visit Harvest Hosts and then signs up for any Harvest Host subscription, you will earn rewards!
Referred visitors to the website will see a popup encouraging them to join because of your referral.
Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone who is an active member of Harvest Hosts will be able to share a unique referral link.
💡Program Eligibility: This program is only available for active members of Harvest Hosts. Hosts will not have access to the link as they would not benefit from the reward of added time to their membership since they have free memberships.
Who is eligible to be referred?
Anyone who has is not (and has never previously been) a member of Harvest Hosts. If someone currently has a Harvest Hosts subscription or had one previously, they are not eligible to be referred.
What happens when my friends click my referral link?
They’ll be sent to www.harvesthosts.com, and will be able to explore Harvest Hosts at their own pace. As long as they sign up within 90 days, you will receive credit!
Locating Your Referral Link
After you log in, click on your name/photo in the top right corner of the website and choose the new Refer a Friend link in the drop-down menu.
💡Hosts: Hosts will not have access to the link as they would not benefit from the reward of added time to their membership since they have free memberships.
Your Referral Link is visible in the top section of the Referral Program page.
Using Your Referral Link
We have made it easy to use your Referral Link by giving you buttons that enable you to copy the link directly or to automatically share your link using Facebook, X, Email, SMS, or QR Code.
Copy Link
You can easily use your Referral link on any platform or message by clicking the Copy Link button. This copies your Referral link into your computer's clipboard where it is ready to paste wherever you want to share it.
To share your Referral Link automatically, click on of the share buttons below your Referral Link.
To share directly to your Facebook page, click the Facebook share button. You will be prompted to log into Facebook (if not already logged in). Then the New Post window will appear, auto-filled with your Referral Link and a link preview. Edit this message as desired and click the Next button at the bottom.
X
To share directly to your X feed, click the X share button. You will prompted to log into X (if not already logged in). An auto-filled message will appear with your Referral Link. Edit this message as desired and click the Post button at the bottom.
To share your Referral Link in an email, click the Email share button. This will open the default email client associated with your computer or device.
💡Using Different Email Clients: If you would like to share your Referral Link using a different email client than the one that is set up as default on your computer or device, click the Copy Link button beside your Referral Link, open the desired email client, and paste your Referral Link into the body of a new email.
A new email window will open with the subject and content automatically generated for you and including your Referral Link. Edit the message as needed, add your recipient's email address, and click the Send button.
SMS
To share directly via an SMS text, click the SMS share button. Enter the cell phone number that you want to send your referral to and we will send an automatic text with your Referral Link.
You will see a confirmation banner when the SMS is successfully sent.
QR Code
Another way we have made the Referral process easy is that you have your own QR code to share. People can scan your QR code to be taken to our website with your referral information.
Referral Rewards
You’ll receive free subscription time added to your current Harvest Hosts subscription for every new member you refer! You’ll receive 3 free months for your first referral, and 1 month for every referral thereafter. 🏆Special Surprise Gift: In addition to the above rewards, when you refer 10 new members, you’ll get a special surprise from Harvest Hosts!
You can keep track of how many people have used your Referral Link and how many of those have signed up with running totals at the bottom of the Refer a Friend page.
