Harvest Hosts locations require a Rig Description with at least 8 characters, RV and Total Length both greater than 5 feet on your Travel Profile to enable booking. Please log in to the website or app to complete your Travel Profile. If you have not yet provided these details, you will be prompted to enter them on your first Stay Request. For any changes, log out and then log back in to ensure all updates are synced.
Website
Click on the button with your photo and name at the top right corner of the website. Then click on Travel Profile in the drop-down menu.
This is a sample Travel Profile.
Click the Edit button in the top section to add/change your Username and select your age bracket then click the Save button at the bottom. The Username must be 20 characters or fewer; with letters and digits only, no spaces.
Click the pencil icon at the lower right of the photo and choose Change Profile Photo to upload/change your profile photo.
Click the Upload button to select a photo to upload. If you have an existing photo and want to change it, click the red Remove Photo button under the photo.
Click the Edit button in the left column to set your Travel Preferences.
Click the Edit button in the About Me section to write a brief bio about you and what the host should expect when you arrive. Some sample questions are provided for you. If your profile is shorter than 200 characters you can click the space bar until it fills 200 characters.
Click the Edit button in the My Rig section to set your Rig information. Please note:
Upload a photo or photos of your Rig(s) by clicking on the Upload Photo button in the Rig Photos section.
Drag Rig Photos into the box from the files on your computer or click the Browse button. Then click Save.
You can remove old photos by clicking the red Delete Photo button below any photo.
App & Mobile Web
Once you have logged into the app or mobile web, tap on the profile icon in the bottom menu tray and then on the View My Travel Profile at the top.
Once on your Travel Profile, tap any pencil icon beside or inside of any content to update it.
Troubleshooting Profile Issues
If updates to your Travel Profile do not take effect:
Log out and back into your account to sync data.
Verify that your Rig Description contains at least 50 characters and your Total Length is correctly entered.
Update the app to the latest version to mitigate app-specific issues.
