How do I redeem a Gift Membership if I already have an existing membership?

If you have an existing Membership and purchased a Gift Membership as a way to extend it or were given a Gift Membership by someone else, please contact us to have it applied to your existing account.

Contact Support

Click the green Chat Bubble on any page of our website. Tell us you have a Gift Code to be applied to your existing Membership. Paste the Gift Code into the Chat.

How Gift Codes are Applied

Since we have different types of Memberships and Gift Memberships, we will determine if the Gif Membership you purchased or received matches your existing Membership type.

Gift Membership Matches Existing Membership

If the Gift Membership type matches your existing membership, we will extend the renewal date of your existing membership for an additional 12 months/365 days.

Example: You have and existing HH Classic Membership and were given a Gift Membership for HH Classic. We will extend the renewal date of your existing Membership by 1 year.

Gift Membership does not Match Existing Membership

If the Gift Membership does not match the type of your existing Membership, we will add the value of the Gift Membership to your existing Membership as credit that will automatically be applied to future renewals/upgrades until it is exhausted.

Example: You have and existing All Access Membership and were given a Gift Membership for HH Classic. We will add the $ value of the HH Classic Membership to your existing ALL Access as credit that will automatically be applied to future renewals/upgrades until it is exhausted.
