Three Methods to Request a Stay
Once you have located a Host you would like to visit, you can use our website and our app to Request a Stay with our Hosts. Each Host chooses a preferred method for Requesting a Stay with them, which is presented on their Host Profile page under the photo header and on the right side of their profile. The three Request methods are:
Online Request A Stay
The majority of our Hosts use our online Request a Stay system (RAS). This provides hosts and members with an easy way to view availability and handle the process of securing a Stay.
Phone or Text
For the small number of Hosts who aren't using the online system, use the phone number, if provided by the Host as their choice to receive their requests by phone.
Email
Use the email address, if provided as their choice to receive requests by email.
