Free overnight RV parking (boondocking) is the central idea of this platform. So, our BW Hosts are not permitted to charge for parking. It is not intended to be an income source for Hosts.

They may, however, ask to be compensated for costs if a guest chooses to use any provided hookups, as long as free parking without hookups is always an option. Hosts are encouraged to include their expected compensation for hookup usage in their house rules, but these must be reasonable and only cover costs.

Even if the Host doesn't request it, guests who use hookups must offer to compensate the host as per our common courtesy policy. Use this guideline to determine how much to offer.
