We are so excited to welcome you into the Harvest Hosts family. Adding a Harvest Hosts membership to your ACI login is easy and will significantly expand your RVing opportunities.
You can upgrade to add a Harvest Hosts membership with the ACI Courtesy Parking Program from both the Member Account and the Discover Page. Ensure that the primary email address on your ACI account matches the email used for your Harvest Hosts membership. This is essential for accessing ACI Courtesy Parking.
Add from Member Account
Log into your ACI membership on HarvestHosts.com. [Instructions]
Click on your name/photo at the top right and then on Account in the dropdown menu.
Add a payment method to your account by clicking on Billing Information in the left
column menu.
Click the Edit button to add a credit card for payment.
Add an HH membership to your account by clicking on My Membership in the left column menu, then on the Add Harvest Hosts to your Membership button.
Select a Harvest Hosts subscription plan and follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

Log into your ACI membership on HarvestHosts.com. [Instructions]
Add a Payment Method before starting the Upgrade process. Click on your name/photo in the top right, then choose Account from the drop-down menu. Click on Billing Information in the left column menu.
Click the Edit button to add a credit card for payment.
NOW - Click on Discover in the top menu.
Click on the Host Types filter above the Host Map.
Click on one of the ? to the right of a Host Type that you do not have access to.
Click the Upgrade Now button to view your Upgrade options.
You can also click the Learn More link at the bottom of the window for more information on upgrading to include a Harvest Hosts membership.
Pro Tip: Upgrades and Subscription add-ons are pro-rated to match the start and end dates of any existing subscriptions you have. You can always access your upgrade options from the My Membership link.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Emails Don't Match: If the emails on your ACI and Harvest Hosts accounts don’t match, update one of the accounts to create alignment.
Cannot View Courtesy Parking on the Map: Confirm that your accounts are linked via the matching email and verify that your ACI membership is active.
Incomplete Travel Profile: Ensure all required fields in your Travel Profile are complete as it's necessary for submitting Courtesy Parking requests.
