We have created a member menu that gives easy access to core membership functions. This menu is located as a drop-down when you click on the button in the top right corner of the website that displays your photo and name.
The Travel Profile
Every member of HH, BW, and Escapess has a Travel Profile where they can upload a member photo, choose a username, identify their RV make and length, provide a short bio and list their general travel preferences.
Account
The Account link will take members to their Account Information and give them access to the Account Menu in the left column.
Membership
The Membership link will take members to their Membership Card & Details, allow a plan change or cancellation, and give them access to the Member specific menu in the left column.
Help
The Help link will open up the Chat bubble at the bottom right of the website so that members can ask questions, read help articles, and request support.
Refer a Friend
This link will take members to a page that houses their very own referral link which can be shared to non-members and allow rewards for new membership signups to be awarded.
Gift Membership
The Gift Membership link allows members to purchase new HH Gift Memberships to give away. Members fill out the form with their own details and we provide a Gift Code that can be redeemed by the new member.
IMPORTANT: This form is currently only for a Harvest Hosts Classic Gift Membership.
Log Out
The Log Out link is at the bottom of this drop-down menu and will log members out of their membership.
