How can I verify someone is a member of Escapees?

Use this supplemental verification tool specifically for SKP/Escapees members who need alternative verification methods beyond the primary Member Verification Tool.

Important Notes Before You Start

  • Only active members will appear in search results

  • Membership numbers are the most reliable search method when available

  • If searching by name, you must enter the complete name exactly as it appears on the membership

  • Many legacy married SKP members have accounts in both names (example: "John and Mary Smith")

  • If a member doesn't appear in either verification tool, their membership may have lapsed


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the Tool

Navigate to the SKP/Escapees Member Verification Tool at: https://membership.harvesthosts.com/escapees/membership-verification

Step 2: Choose Your Search Method

You can search using any of these four options:

Option 1: SKP Number (Recommended)

  1. Enter the member's SKP number exactly as provided

  2. Click "Search"

Option 2: Harvest Hosts Member ID

  1. Enter the member's HH ID number

  2. Click "Search"

Option 3: Email Address

  1. Enter the member's email address exactly as provided

  2. Click "Search"

Option 4: Full Name

  1. Enter the complete name exactly as it appears on the membership

    • For married couples: "John and Mary Smith" (not just "John Smith")

    • Include middle names or initials if that's how the membership is registered

  2. Click "Search"

Step 3: Review Results

If the member is found, you'll see:

  • Member name as registered

  • Membership start date

  • Membership expiration date


Troubleshooting

Member Not Found?

  • Double-check spelling and formatting, especially for name searches

  • Try searching by a different method (SKP number if you have it)

  • Verify the member provided the correct information

Still No Results? The member's account may have lapsed. Direct them to:

  1. Log into their Harvest Hosts account

  2. Use the chat tool on their profile page

  3. Contact support to resolve any membership issues
