This event will be dry camping and is open to all Escapees and Xscapers.
About the Event
Xscapers Annual BASH 2027 is a weeklong gathering of working-age RVers in Lake Havasu City where RVers can “Rewind the Times” together with retro-inspired activities, live entertainment, and educational seminars.
This year's planned activities include:

High School Prom Night
Xscapers Olympics
Talent Show & Lip Sync Battle

Educational seminars focused on topics that matter to adventurous, community-driven RVers
Registration & Important Dates
Suggested Registration Date: August 19, 2026
Last Day for Registration/Sign-Ups: January 4, 2027
Check-In: Saturday, January 9, 2027 at 9:00 AM MST; staggered arrivals begin.
Check-Out: Sunday, January 17, 2027 at 11:00 AM MST. Attendees without Late Departure must be gone by this time.
Early Arrival and Late Departure can be added when purchasing tickets.
