Harvest Hosts Members contribute to the community by submitting photos and reviews of hosts, while Boondockers Welcome Members contribute to the community by submitting reviews (no photos due to BW hosts being private property).

We manually review every photo that is submitted before approving it to be displayed on the website or app. While this process is usually completed in under 2 days, it may take up to a week to have photos approved during peak travel seasons.

Review for Hosts and Members go through an automated approval process and the vast majority are posted to the website within minutes of submission. A small percentage requires manual approval, which can take up to 7 business days to appear on the website and app.
