How do I manage or change my membership information?

The option to see and manage your membership is available on your Member Dashboard via the website. Here is the link to log in: RV Camping at Wineries, Breweries, Farms & More with Harvest Hosts

Please choose MEMBERSHIP > MANAGE MEMBERSHIP from the top menu. This section of the Member Dashboard will display your membership information and provide you the ability to make updates as needed. There is a menu in the left column to navigate this membership section.

MANAGE MEMBERSHIP

This is the default page for the Manage Membership section and shows you Basic Profile & Billing Information, including your credit card number on file, and Current Membership Plan description with quick links to make updates.

ACCOUNT DETAILS

Here you can change your name, email address, password, phone number, and address.

If you would like to add a name to your membership, you can do that by adding the name after yours in the first name box (& HaRVey).


The name we will attach to the host review you write is pulled from this page. For Harvest Hosts members, reviews will use your first name and last initial. For Boondockers Welcome members, reviews/references will use your username.

NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES

This page allows you to choose how would you like to receive notifications for stay requests, reviews and photo submissions, and messages from hosts. Please select your preference (email or SMS text) for each type of notification.

RIG DETAILS & TRAVEL PREFERENCES

Have you purchased a new rig? Do you travel with pets? These changes can be made here. The preferences set here will auto-fill into your stay requests so this is an important one to keep up-to-date.

> RIG PHOTOS

Click on the Browse Files tab to be taken to your files or the photo gallery on your computer or phone. Select the photo that you would like to upload, then click open (yours may say something else). You will then see the photo in the upload box. Click the green Upload button to complete the upload. Please note jpeg and .png files work best for our system.

MEMBER PROFILE

* This is only visible for Boondockers Welcome Members only. Update member profile: picture, username, age range, about you paragraph. You can also view your public profile by clicking the green button below your profile photo.

UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD

Click on the blue Manage Payment Details button. This will take you to our secure page to safely update your payment method.

IMPORTANT: Please enter your new credit card information once. It will be received into our charging system but it will not show the update right away on your account page.

If your credit card is getting close to its expiration date, a red banner alert will be displayed on the page. It can take up to 24 hours for this banner to disappear. You can also log out and log back in to manually refresh the account details.

MEMBERSHIP CARD

Previews the membership card with the print option available.
