How Do I Approve a Member Stay Request?

Approve Member Stay Requests promptly via your Host Dashboard or the Harvest Host Mobile App for Hosting on the go. As a Host, it's crucial to approve Member Stay Requests promptly, as multiple requests for the same date are not allowed by Members. The recommended response time for a same-day request is 24 hours or sooner.

On the Website

Host Dashboard

To Approve a Member Stay Request, log into the Host Dashboard on the website. The top block on the Dashboard home will show your Pending Stay Requests. You can approve or Decline a Stay Request from here by clicking the button on the appropriate Stay Request Card.

Stays Page

You can also choose Stays from the top menu. You will see your Stays in the following categories listed at the top of the page: Pending, Upcoming, Awaiting Review, Past, and Canceled.

If you are in the List view, you can Approve or Decline Stay Requests from the list.

When you are in the Stay Card view and on the Pending Stays list, you can approve a Stay Request from this screen by clicking the Approve button on a Pending Stay Request card.

You can view the Stay Details by clicking anywhere in a row in the List view or by clicking on the Stay Request Card when in the Stay Card view. After reviewing the Stay Details, you can approve the Stay by clicking the Approve button in the right column.

On the App

For Approving Stay Requests in the Harvest Host Mobile App, go to the bottom of your screen and tap Stay > Pending

Tap the Stay Request you would like to approve and tap the Approve button.

Tap the purple Yes, Approve button that pops up to approve this Member’s stay request.
