Rig vs Total Length
Members have different types of RVs - motorhomes and tow-behind rigs. To help both Members and Hosts be confident in the hosting/Stay process, we identify the length in two important ways: Rig Length and Total Length.

Reviewing a Member's Rig Length
We present information about a member's Rig Type, Rig Length, and Total Length directly on the Stay Request Details which you can review immediately after you receive a Pending Stay Request. You can use this information to help you decide whether or not to accept the Stay Request.
Stay Request Notification
If you have set account set up to receive Notifications for RAS/Stay Request activity, you can click the link in the Notification to review the Stay Request Details which will include information on the Member's Rig Length and Total Length. If you receive email Notifications, you will see the Member's Rig Details in the body of the email when a Member requests a Stay.
Stay Request Details
If you have set your Notifications up to receive SMS text notifications for incoming Stay Requests, you can click the link in the text to view the Stay Request Details page. You can also view the Stay Request Detail page by:
Pro Tip: You can also see the Total Length when in the List View of the Stays page (Stays in the top menu). It will be displayed as one of the columns of information for each Stay Request listed in a row.
Member's Travel Profile
The Rig Type, Size, Total Length, and Details can also be found on the Member's Travel Profile. You can view a Member's Travel Profile by clicking the View Guest Profile button on the Stay Request Details page.
Rig Details will be displayed as shown below.
Your Hosting Profile
Measure the total length of your RV parking spots and note any factors affecting the maximum Rig Length you can accommodate (e.g., access roads, entrances, driveway).
The edit the Max Rig Size information on your Hosting Profile Page by clicking on Hosting Profile in the top menu. Scroll down to the Parking & Arrival section and click the Edit button.
Fill in the Parking Details box with helpful details about arriving, entering, and parking at your location. Remember to consider the Max Rig Length that you have determined. Then choose the Max Rig Length by clicking on a Rig size button and click the Save button at the bottom.
