Once you click on the title of a Help Article, it will open up in the Chat window. To view the article in a wider window, click on the diagonal arrows at the top right of the article (#1 below). Click them again to return the chat window to its normal size.

Once you are done reading an article, you can return to the last Chat screen by clicking the left arrow at the top left of the chat window (#2 below).
