Can I provide a Host response to a negative review from a Member?

Yes, we do offer to add a Host Response at the end of a negative Review so other Members will be able to see both the original Member's review and the Host's response. Due to FTC regulations, we are not allowed to remove reviews.

To offer a Host Response to a Member Review, please contact us by clicking on the green chat bubble in the bottom right corner of our website and provide the Member's name, the text of the negative review, and a 2-3 sentence response.
