Member stay emails

Once you create a stay request, a series of emails will be sent to ensure you have the best stay possible.

  1. The first email will confirm your request was received and sent to the Host. The Subject Line will include the date of the stay and the name of the Host.

Example: Request sent: Aug 16 at Harvest Hosts Test Farm

  2. The next email will alert you if the Host sends you a message in the message center.

Example: You have a new message from your host

There is a small chance you may get an email from Brenda, our Outreach & Engagement Manager, if your Host hasn't responded to your request.

Example: Sorry, your request hasn't been answered

  3. The next message will be your Approval or Decline from the Host. This will include the date and Host name.

Example: Approved! Aug 16 at Harvest Hosts Test Farm

We're sorry, your request to stay at Harvest Hosts Test Farm has been declined

If your stay is declined by the Host, Brenda will reach out with some close-by options.

Example: Sorry, your stay was declined - nearby options

  4. If this is your first Harvest Hosts stay, the next email is to get you ready! Brenda will have some tips to make your first stay one to remember!

  5. The next one arrives the day before your stay. This will have all the information to ensure your check-in and arrival go smoothly.

Example: Day-before upcoming stay reminder (arrival/parking/check-in)

If your stay is 4 days out, you'll receive an upcoming stay reminder that will include the date and the Host name. (arrival/parking/check-in)

Example: Your upcoming stay on August 16 with Harvest Hosts Test Farm

  6. If your stay is marked as a No-Show, you'll receive an email from HaRVey.
