Want some fresh ideas for your Host profile?
One of the easiest ways to get inspired is to hop over to the Host map and see how other Hosts are doing it. You can look at Hosts near you, Hosts similar to yours (farms, wineries, breweries, and more), or just browse around to see what members are loving.
How to find the map
Click your Host profile dropdown at the top of the screen.
Switch over to your Membership side.
Once you're on the Membership side, click "Stays" at the top of the screen.
From the dropdown, select "Discover Hosts and Campgrounds."
From there, you can search for other hosts by city, state, or by Host Location name if you already know who you're looking for.
Why it's worth a look
Browsing other Host profiles isn't just fun; it's a genuinely useful research tool. Reading Member reviews on other Hosts' pages can show you what's working well for them (a clear arrival note, a great photo of the parking area, a fun local tip) and what Members tend to complain about, so you can avoid the same pitfalls on your own profile. Seeing how other Hosts near you describe their location, set expectations, or highlight what makes their stay special can spark ideas you can adapt for your own listing, whether that's a better photo, a clearer description, or a small touch that makes members feel welcome.
A few minutes exploring the map every so often is a simple way to keep your profile fresh and see your Host location through a member's eyes.
