Why am I not getting my password reset email?

Our Password Reset system automatically sends you an email with a secure link for you to choose a new password. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, please check the Spam folder in your email client to make sure that this email has not been moved there.

Yahoo & AOL

We have noticed that Harvest Host emails tend to be flagged as SPAM when sent to some email servers, such as Yahoo and AOL. These email provides use filters that are aggressive and sometimes filter legitimate emails into the Spam folder.

Change the Spam Designation: If our password reset email has been filtered into your Spam folder, please mark it as "not spam." Then, your email server will learn that our emails are not Spam.

Marking as not Spam

Here are some instructions for marking Harvest Host emails as "not spam" if you have a Yahoo email account. For other email providers, please follow their prescribed steps for marking incoming emails as "not spam".

  1. Open the Spam folder. If you don't see the "Spam" folder, click More below the "Sent" folder.

  2. Select the email.

  3. Click "Not spam" to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.

Please note, if you have checked your spam and it is not arriving, do not worry! Email Team@HarvestHosts.com and we can reset your password for you to get you back into your account.
