Only Members with an active memberships can send a stay request through the website and will have a Member ID number associated with that request.

We do not have physical Membership Cards, but they can be found in the Membership section or found inside the Harvest Hosts App under your Profile (icon at the bottom right). You can also take a picture or screenshot of the Membership Card on your mobile device.

There are a few reasons we have mMembership Cards available directly on the site instead of mailing them.

  1. We have many full-time RV'ers that are members. They rarely get their mail so it might be months before they would actually get the card.

  2. Some people join Harvest Hosts and want to stay immediately. They can join, access their Membership card, and find a Host on the same day.

  3. Many of our Members are paperless. They choose to use their mobile device to show the Host instead of an actual Membership Card.

We tried to simplify the process as much as possible to make it easier for everyone.

To access the Membership Card within the App, click "Profile" in the bottom right corner. Click on the "My Membership" link about halfway down the page. You can take a screenshot of this or just continue to access it through the App.
