Can I add another owner to my account?

Host Account Ownership

We are unable to add more than one owner or email address to any account at this time. We are looking into this as an option in the future and apologize for any inconvenience that this causes you.

If you need to change the email address on your account, please contact us by clicking on the green chat bubble at the bottom right corner of our website. We would be happy to get this handled for you quickly!

We can add a second name for a spouse or partner. This will add their name to your Membership Card and account details in our system.

Host Account Managers

Additional managers for your Host location can download the HH app and manage the location from the App. This will require the Host account owner to supply their managers with the username and password to their hosting account so that managers can log into the App. Each App install will be able to set/manage their own notifications unique to their device.
