Yes! As a Host, you can control most of the information that we surface in the Callouts on both your Host Card on the Discover Map and at the top of your Host Profile page.

Pro Tip: We are highlighting some of the most desired Host features in the Callouts on Host Cards and Profiles to make it easier for Members to connect with Hosts that offer the things they most value.

Callouts

There are 2 places we are highlighting Callouts to help Members connect with Hosts more quickly. First, there are now Callouts on the Host Card that pop up when a Host Icon is clicked on the Host Map. [learn more]

Then when a Member clicks on the Host Card to view your Host Profile, they will see a full Callout section at the top of your content just below the header. [learn more]

The instructions here are for the website. Scroll down for instructions for the mobile web and app.

  • Rating - from 0 (poor) to 5 (great) coming from Members.

  • Reviews - the number of reviews submitted by Members (linked)

  • Years Hosting - (Harvest Hosts) the number of years the Host has been hosting

Bottom Highlights

We use logic to determine what information is displayed here for each host. While you cannot determine which information is displayed or in what order, most information here is within your control to edit.

  • Fast Responding - This is an automatic calculation based on the average time it takes for you to respond to an incoming Stay Request.

  • Generators Allowed - This will display if you have enabled generators.

EDIT: You can edit your hookups by choosing Host Profile from the top menu of the Host Dashboard. Scroll down to the Suitability section and click the Edit button.

Then set your preference for allowing the use of generators by guests at your location.

  • Electric Hookups - This will display the type of hookups you offer.

EDIT: You can edit your hookups by choosing Host Profile from the top menu of the Host Dashboard. Scroll down to the Suitability section and click the Edit button.

Then specify what hookups you have to offer.

  • Extra Nights on Request - This will show members if you offer Extra Nights and the number of nights.

EDIT: HH & BW Hosts can edit this information but from different locations in the Host Dashboard.

HH: Choose Host Profile from the top menu of the Host Dashboard. Scroll down to the Extra Nights section and click the Edit button.

Then follow the instructions on the Extra Nights page in the Host Setting.

BW: Choose Host Profile from the top menu of the Host Dashboard. Click the sprocket icon in the left column just below the photo header. Then choose Stay Preferences.

Then edit the Maximum Number of Nights.
