You can edit almost everything on your Hosting Profile from your Hosting Dashboard which loads by default when you log into your Harvest Hosts account.

Log into your Harvest Hosts account here. Then click on Hosting Profile in the top menu.

Click on any of the Edit buttons at the top right of each content section of your profile to edit that information.

You can change the information in the top icon callouts as noted in the screenshot below. The Max Nights number is not editable for Hosts with Harvest Hosts, but it is editable for our Boondockers Welcome Hosts.

From the box at the top of the right column, you can quickly add more photos of your location, as well as edit your Parking & Arrival details.

Click the Update Hookups button to directly edit the Sustainability section of your Host Profile where you let members know what kind of hookups you have to offer.

Click the Update Extra Nights to let members know if you offer additional nights.

Click the Update Parking button to directly edit your Parking & Arrival information

If you would like to automatically approve incoming Stay Requests that match your Stay Preferences, click the Contact our Host Team button and fill in the form on the next page.

Make the desired changes paying attention to the required character count below the input box. Click on the Save button to save the changes.

Click on the Hours button to edit the hours you would like to receive our members at your hosting location. This is not your actual business hours but should represent the days/hours you would like to receive members for their approved Stay Requests.

Then ensure there is a checkmark beside the days that you want to host (left side of the window) and fill in a starting and ending hour for our members to check-in. Click Save at the bottom to save your changes.

You can also add Schedule Notes to provide additional information for members when they are looking at your availability calendar. Click on the Notes button.

Add your Schedule Notes, paying attention to the character limit at the bottom right of the text box, then click the Save button.

Members will see this note just below your hours in the Opening Hours section on your Profile page.

Scroll down to see all of the Suitability options. Make the desired edits and click the Save button at the bottom.

Click on the Show All Amenities link (if available) at the bottom of the Amenities section on your Profile to verify your amenities. To edit Amenities, click on the Edit button.

Ensure there is a checkmark beside all of the Amenities that you offer. Then click the Save button at the bottom.

Click on the Manage Extra Nights button in the Extra Nights section.

Click the toggle to the right of any of the donations options to turn it on and add the appropriate donation link. Then click Save at the bottom.

Member's will be able to toggle between your Items to Purchase and Donate to Host.

Click the Edit button.

Add links to your website and your social media pages and click the Save button.

Enter your House Rules in the text area and click the Save button at the bottom.

Scroll down to see all of the Parking & Arrival options. Make the desired edits and click the Save button at the bottom.

Click on the Edit Button.

Contact us to change your Hosting Location Address. You can edit your Driving Directions and click the Save button.

Click on the Manage Stay Preferences button at the top right corner of this section to change your Stay Preferences.

Here you can manage the Minimum & Maximum allowed days for Booking a Stay, Auto-Approval, Required Guest Info, and the Approved Stay Message that will be sent to all Guests with whom you approve a Stay.

When you are finished on this page, click the back arrow in your web browser to return to your Host Profile editing page.

Log into your Harvest Hosts account here. Then tap on Profile in the bottom menu tray.

Then tap on View and Edit Host Profile at the top just under your Host Name.
