What can I do if I am having issues using the ViaSat web browser?

If you are having issues using the ViaSat web browser to access your membership, please

try the following:

  1. Disable the Ad Blocker:

    1. Click the Viasat Button (blue/green ball in the upper right corner).

    2. Select "AdBlock is Enabled" to disable it for that page.

    3. For uBlock Origin, click the red shield and toggle the On/Off switch.

  2. Clear Cache and Cookies:

    1. Click the menu (︙) in the upper right corner.

    2. Go to "History" > "Clear browsing data."

    3. Select "from the beginning of time," ensure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked, then click "Clear data."

If the issue persists, try using a different browser. Our map works well on:

  1. Google Chrome

  2. Mozilla Firefox

  3. Safari

  4. Brave (an ad-blocking browser compatible with our map)

Brave Browser

If you are concerned about blocking ads, download and use the Brave web browser. The Brave web browser is known for added security measures for browsing the web. Unfortunately, sometimes those extra measures can restrict your access to and the functionality of websites like ours which are safe and secure.

If you experience any functionality issues using the Brave web browser, please click the hamburger (3 horizontal lines) at the top right of the Brave browser screen and then choose New private window with Tor.
