Our members are in the driver's seat when it comes to Notifications. They can choose what notifications they want to receive and how they want to receive them.

Pro Tip: Member Account notifications are separate from Stay System notifications. For more information on the types of communications, click here.


Sample Notifications

We have included sample email notifications in this article but the same notifications in an abbreviate form are sent by SMS text to those who have this method of notification enabled.


Stay Requests

Request Confirmation

Email Subject: You've requested a stay at [Host Name]

Request Approval

Email Subject: Great news, your stay has been approved!

Request Dates Updated by Host

Email Subject Line: Your stay at [Host name} has been updated!

Request Canceled by Member

Email Subject line: You've canceled your stay at [Host name]

Request Canceled by Host

Email Subject line: Sorry, your request to stay at [Host name] has been canceled

Photo Submission

Email Subject Line: Your Photo Submission has been received.

Host Review Approval

Email Subject Line: Your review for [Host name] has been approved
