Our Hosts are in the driver's seat when it comes to Request to Stay Notifications. They can choose what notifications they want to receive and how they want to receive them.

Set up Notifications

Pro Tip: Hosts have complimentary memberships and will receive notifications when they use their membership. Member Account notifications are separate from Stay System notifications. For more information on the types of communications, click here.

Sample Notifications

We have included sample email notifications in this article but the same notifications in an abbreviate form are sent by SMS text to those who have this method of notification enabled.
