Three Methods to Request a Stay
Once you have located a Host you would like to visit, you can use our website and our app to Request a Stay with our Hosts. Each Host chooses a preferred method for Requesting a Stay with them, which is presented on their Host Profile page under the photo header and on the right side of their profile. The three Request methods are:
Online Request A Stay
The majority of our Hosts use our online Request a Stay system (RAS). This provided hosts and members with an easy way to view availability and handle the process of securing a Stay.
Phone or Text
Use the phone number provided by the host to contact them by phone.
Email
Use the email address provided by the host to contact them by email.
