On the Website
Log into the website, choose Hosting Profile from the top menu, and click the Edit Featured Photos button at the top left of the photo header.
Pro Tip: If you do not see Host Profile in the top menu, you are on the Member's side of the website. To switch to the Host side, click on your name/photo at the top right and choose your Host Location from the drop-down menu.
Choose from a Featured Photo
Drag and drop the currently featured photos into the place you want them to display. Then click Save at the bottom.
Add New Photo
Click on the Pencil icon on the photo you would like to replace. Then choose whether you would like to select a different photo already in your Profile gallery or upload a new photo.
Select Existing Photo
Choosing to Select an Existing Photo will open a dialogue allowing you to scroll through the existing photos in your Profile gallery. Click on a photo to select it, then click the Save button to save your new photo choice.
Upload New Photo
If you choose Upload New Photo, a new window will open allowing you to navigate to and select a photo you have stored locally. Click save to upload and place the new photo.
On the Mobile Web & App

Log into the mobile web or app. Tap the Menu or Profile icon at the bottom right of the menu tray.
Then tap on View and Edit Host Profile at the top just under your Host Name.
Tap the Edit Photos button just above the Ratings boxes at the top of your Profile.
Then tap on Edit Cover Photo from the pop up menu at the bottom.
Your current Cover Photo will be marked at the top of the list. Tap on another photo or upload a new photo to replace your Cover Photo and then tap Save at the bottom.
