Yes! We have given BW Hosts the option to allow members to upload photos to their Host Profile. BW Hosts will need to enable this feature in their Hosting Stay Preferences (instructions below).

If photo uploading is enabled, BW Hosts will be able to approve that photos they want to show on their profile. This adds a layer of protection for the privacy of their personal residences.

HH Hosts: HH Hosts have this feature enabled automatically. Because HH Hosts are business locations, photo uploading is a standard feature and does not need to be manually turned on.

Log into the website, mobile web, or the app to enable photo uploading for BW Hosts and to approve or delete photos that have been uploaded to your Profile.

On the Website

Enable Photo Uploading

Click on the Host Profile in the top menu. Then click on Settings Sprocket at the right below the Photo Header and choose Stay Preferences.

You can also access Stay Preferences by clicking on your name/photo at the top right in the main menu and choosing Host Settings.

Then choose Stay Preferences from the left menu.

Scroll to the bottom and check the box in the Allow Member Photo Uploads section. Then click the Save button.

Review Uploaded Photos

Choose Host Profile from the top menu and click on Manage Photos at the left just below the Photo Header.

If you have unpublished photos that members have uploaded, you will see a gray information box just below the All Photos title. Click the Review Unpublished Photos button in the box to review these photos.

Publish or Delete Uploaded Photos

Click on the photos you want to publish to your Profile or to delete, then choose the appropriate action at the bottom.

If you choose to publish photos, you will see a confirmation that the photos you have chosen have been published.

If you choose to delete, you will see a pop up to confirm that you want to delete the photo(s). Click the Yes, Delete Photos button.


On the Mobile Web & App

Enable Photo Uploading

Tap on the Profile/Menu icon at the bottom right in the Menu Tray.

Tap on Stay Preferences under Host Settings.

Swipe to the bottom and tap in the box beside Allow Member Photo Uploads. Then tap Save.

Review Uploaded Photos

Tap the Profile/Menu icon at the bottom right in the menu tray.

Then tap the View and Edit Host Profile just below your Host Name at the top.

Tap on Edit Photos at the left just above the rates boxes at the top of your Profile.

Tap on Manage Photos in the window that pops up from the bottom.

If you have unpublished photos that members have uploaded, you will see a gray information box just below the All Photos title. Tap the Review Unpublished Photos button in the box to review these photos.

Publish or Delete Uploaded Photos

Tap on the photos you want to publish to your Profile or to delete, then tap the appropriate action at the bottom.
