Yes! If photo uploading is enabled (click here for instruction), BW Hosts will be able to approve that photos they want to show on their profile. This adds a layer of protection for the privacy of their personal residences. Member-submitted photos go through a review process before they appear on your listing.
How does the photo review process work BW Hosts?
You’ll receive an email notification when a member uploads a photo with their review.
You’ll have 14 days to take action on member-submitted photos in the email or directly from your Host Profile. You can choose to publish or delete any member-submitted photo.
If you don’t approve or delete a photo within 14 days:
Our team will review the photo for sensitive content — such as faces, license plates, or anything that might reveal your property’s identity or exact location.
If no sensitive content is found, the photo will be published automatically.
If sensitive content is detected, it will remain unpublished, and you can still review it at any time.

What if I miss the email or forget to take action?
Don’t worry — you can always log in to your Host Dashboard to view pending photos on your Host Profile. But to keep your listing fresh and appealing, we recommend reviewing new photo submissions regularly.
Can I request a photo be removed after it’s published?
You can still manage or remove any photo later, even after it’s been published.
Can I turn off photo uploads from guests?
Yes — you can disable photo uploads by going to your Host Settings → Stay Preferences and unchecking the option labeled “Allow Member Photo Uploads.”
