What if I cannot see everything I should?

When you click the Check Availability button on a Host's Profile page, a window pops up showing the Host's Stay Calendar. If you are not able to see all the rows of dates on a Host's Stay Calendar, it is most llikely due to your web browser's zoom setting.

Did you know that your device's screen resolution and web browser zoom can affect the full visibility of elements on a web page? Make sure your Screen resolution and web browser zoom are set to normal ranges to view all the content provided on our website and app.

If you are seeing text that is cut off, obscured, or overflowing from content blocks, please use the scrollbar (if one is provided) or adjust your web browser's zoom level and/or your operating system's screen resolution.

  1. Scrollbar - Some content blocks will automatically recognize when some of the content is not showing and provide the user with a scrollbar at the right. If you are using a mouse with a scroll wheel or a mousepad on a laptop, click/tap anywhere inside the content block and scroll down to reveal the missing row(s) of dates.

  2. Zoom - Lower the zoom setting inside your web browser to reveal the missing row(s) of dates.

  3. Screen Resolution - Open the settings of your device's operating system and navigate to the display settings > screen resolution. Raising your screen resolution will make text smaller and fit more on your screen space.

In the App

If you are seeing text that is cut off, obscured, or overflowing from content blocks, please lease lower the size of the default text on your mobile device.

  • On an iPhone: Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size.

  • On an Android: Go to Settings > Display > Font size and style.

Choose a default font size that is just below the middle size to ensure all of the text in the app displays properly.
