Why am I receiving an email to update my payment method when my membership does not renew for some time?

Our system automatically sends out an email requesting that you update your payment method when the payment source connected to your account has expired or within 30 days of expiring. This email contains a secure link for you to easily update your payment method. Please note that this link is only valid for 24 hours for your security.

This email request is only associated with the expiration date of your payment method, not your membership. You can always verify your membership's renewal date in the Member section of our website.

Once logged in, click on the button with you photo and name, then choose Membership from the drop-down menu.

The expiration/renewal date for you membership can be located on your membership card and in the Membership Details section.
