How do I reactive my cancelled membership?

To reactivate your membership, simply log into your previous membership with your email address and password.

If you don't remember your password, you can always reset it HERE.

Once you are logged in, you will see a red banner at the top of the page indicating that you membership is no longer active and a red Reactivate button at the top right corner of the website.

Click the Reactivate button and then click the Reactivate Your Membership button in the window that pops up.

The membership level that you had will be highlighted with a banner, but you can choose what level of membership you would like to reactivate with. Click the Reactivate button associated with the type of membership you would like to have now.

In the window that pops up, please:

  1. Verify your name and email address.

  2. Verify the payment method that you had associated with your membership.

    Notice the 15% off discount we are applying to your reactivation. This discount only applies to the 1st year of your reactivated membership.
    โ€‹

  3. Click the Reactivate Membership button at the bottom to reactivate your membership.
