When logging in, your user name is your email address. Please verify that there are no spaces before or after your email address or password and try logging in again. This is the most common reason you might receive an error message saying that our system does not recognize your login credentials.
You can quickly reset your password by going to the login page and clicking on "reset password." Then follow instructions there to receive a password reset. You will be sent an email for this process. Make sure to enter the email address we have on file for you.
If you seem to be having trouble receiving the password reset email, please check your SPAM folder. Several email servers, including Yahoo and AOL, have been marking these reset emails as SPAM.
