Understanding Profiles

Every member will have 2 profiles:

  1. Member Profile (private) - containing your personal membership information which will only be exposed to another Member/Host when a stay has been requested and accepted. Only your name and phone number will be shared with a Host during the Stay Request approval. This information will not be part of your public profile.

  2. Travel Profile (public) - containing your public information with a photo, bio, rig information, travel preferences, and reviews. This is your public profile shared with the HH/BW RV community.

To edit your Member Profile, follow the instructions below.

** Required Information: Be sure to enter a phone number as this is required information in your Member Profile (private). This will be shared with the Host after you have an approved Stay Request.

To edit your Travel Profile, view these instructions.

Website

Log into your membership. Click on the button at the top right with your photo and name, then choose Account from the drop-down menu.

Here you can change your name, phone number, email address, and password associated with your membership.

Mobile Website

Log into your membership. Tap on the Menu icon in the menu tray at the bottom of the mobile website.

Scroll down to the Account section and tap on Profile Information.

Here you can change your name, phone number, email address, and password associated with your membership.

Tap the Save button at the bottom to save your changes.

App

Log into your membership. Tap on the Menu icon in the menu tray at the bottom of the app.

Scroll down to the Account section and tap on Profile Information.

Here you can change your name, phone number, email address, and password associated with your membership.

Tap the Save button at the bottom to save your changes.
