How do I downgrade my Membership?

You can downgrade your membership from your member dashboard. Downgrades take affect at your next renewal date. When you log into the website, you are taken to your member dashboard. Click on the button at the top right of the website with your photo and name and choose Membership from the drop-down menu.

You can review your current Membership Details just below your Membership Card. To change your membership plan, click the Change Plan button below the description.


Change Plan Page

You will be presented with your upgrade options in the form of Plan Cards. Most benefits listed in each plan are links that offer more information. Click the Upgrade button at the bottom of the plan of your choice. You will see your current plan highlighted Review your options and click the red Downgrade button for the plan that works best for you.

Confirmation Window

The window that pops up will describe the new plan you have chosen with a block to let you know what charges you will incur immediately and what your renewal price will be. Click the Confirm Plan Change button to finish your downgrade.

App & Mobile Web

After logging in, tap on Profile in the bottom menu tray and then on My Membership.

Tap on the Change Plan button.

Choose the plan you want to change to and tap the Downgrade button for the appropriate plan.

Review your plan change and tap the Downgrade button at the bottom.
