You can downgrade your membership from within your member dashboard. Downgrades take affect at your next renewal date. When you log into the website, you are taken to your member dashboard.

Click on the button at the top right of the website with your photo and name and choose Membership from the drop-down menu.

You can review your current Membership Details just below your Membership Card. Click the Change Plan button below the description.

You will see your current plan highlighted at the top of the page with all of your change options below it. Review your options and click the red Downgrade button for the plan that works best for you.

The window that pops up will describe the new plan you have chosen with a block to let you know what charges you will incur immediately and what your renewal price will be. Click the Confirm Plan Change button to finish your downgrade.
