Similar to Airbnb or Vrbo, we encourage both Hosts and Members to write reviews about each other. This helps us create a healthy ecosystem for our memberships. While we have an automatic review approval system, reviews are moderated and some can take 5-7 business days to be posted to the host page. We do not filter negative reviews as long as they are not malicious or contain offensive language.

Members review our Hosts

Our Members provide a great resource to other Members by offering reviews (and photos if it is for a Harvest Host location) of the Hosts they have visited. This honest information assists other Members when considering a visit to a particular Host. It also often provides specific information on access roads, parking spots, etc. Member reviews of Hosts also enable us to address issues that arise with a host.

Hosts review Members

We encourage our Hosts to share their experience with Members who have stayed at their location. These reviews can provide insight to other Hosts when reviewing a Member's Stay Request. The Harvest Hosts' Corporate Office also monitors reviews to ensure our Codes of Conduct is being followed.
